Adolescents and Teens
Working with adolescents and teens happens in two phases:
First phase is giving a space for them to process their thoughts and emotions. They go through challenges in their moods and behaviors which is a normal part of growing.
Second phase is the relationship between them and their parents. I like to work on building the communication strength between child and parent which is crucial to healthy development.
